The real estate market has changed a lot since then and while there are fewer buyers out there today, there is still an active and healthy interest in buying upscale condominiums. Buyers are far more savvy today than a few years ago and this desire to thoroughly research their purchase decision brings them to our website. We are one of the few providers of independent and objective reviews and ratings of new condominiums. We were the first to review and compile information on the cruise ship condo market. And, while advertisers can build their own website, these typically don't generate effective search engine results because the Java/Flash that those sites are typically built with are difficult to analyze or not read at all by the automated search engines.  While they provide good information in an attractive format, those sites are useless if no one can find them.  More important statistics:
