About Gregory J. Illi

Mr. Illi is Managing Principal with Allumiere Advisors, a market research consulting firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Illi has over 20 years experience in management positions including finance, sales initiatives, service quality, and strategic planning for major national retailers and financial services companies.

In 2004, Mr. Illi noticed an online information gap for investors considering purchasing in new condominium developments either for investment purposes or as a vacation home (or both). Subsequently, NewCondoInvestor.com was launched in 2005 as a source of independent, unbiased news and reviews for this specialized market. Mr. Illi has personally invested in developments in Minneapolis, Las Vegas, and San Francisco but is not involved in any current real estate ventures.
